A fonda with open doors
We started as a home kitchen feeding the neighbors around the block, and we still work the same way: simple food, made well, without rushing.
Every dish comes out of the same kitchen as always, with recipes we know by heart. Here you eat like you're home, even if it isn't yours.
How we got started
2011
We opened with four tables
A small spot downtown, with the kitchen in view and the doors open to the neighborhood.
2016
We added takeout
Neighbors started asking for their plate to go, so we put together a menu made for it.
2022
WhatsApp orders arrived
Today you can book a table or order delivery with a single message.
